Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager / Engineer to support a major development in Riyadh. This high-profile project, involves hydraulic, civil, architectural, and landscape works as part of a large-scale transformation aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

The Role
As a Project Control Manager / Engineer, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, cost control, and compliance with contractual obligations. You will work closely with contractors, stakeholders, and the client to ensure the successful execution of this major development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Establish and monitor cost control processes, ensuring budgets are adhered to.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee contractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Evaluate and manage change orders, claims, and time extensions, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and contractors to align project goals and expectations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Degree in Engineering from a Western-accredited university (Bachelor’s or Master’s).15+ years of experience (or 10+ years with MSc) in project control for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in Primavera P6, cost control tools, and FIDIC contracts.
- Strong background in project planning, risk assessment, and contract administration.
- Experience working in the GCC region, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary / Package
The client is paying an all inclusive package of up to 60k SAR per month plus insurances and fringe benefits.
