Project Controls Manager – Riyadh
Overview
We are working with a leading developer in Saudi Arabia who are looking to appoint a Project Controls Manager to join their internal PMO team based in Riyadh. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse pipeline of projects spanning both real estate and infrastructure.

The Role
As Project Controls Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full scope of project controls within the PMO. A key part of the role is strong programme management — any candidate must be proficient in Primavera P6, able to draft programmes from the ground up, and interrogate schedules to ensure accuracy and performance. You will also work across the wider project controls scope, supporting the delivery of major projects from inception through to completion.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

A proven track record in project controls, ideally with exposure to both real estate and infrastructure projects

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (programme development and interrogation)

Strong knowledge of the wider project controls discipline

Experience working within large-scale developments and fast-paced environments in the Middle East is advantageous

Experience working in the Middle East (ideally Saudi previously)

Degree qualified engineer
Package

Salary circa 50,000 SAR per month lump sum (flexible for exceptional candidates and strong interview)
