We are actively seeking a Landscape Project Manager for a large specialist construction business in Bahamas, Caribbean.
Our Client
Ping International Recruitment are working with a specialist construction business in the Caribbean landscaping market and looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead the a new project for their business. Our client has a large order book of high value projects and looking to double their size in terms of team in the next 12 months.
The position.
The role will require an experienced project leader in the landscape industry who has a proven track record of project delivery, business development and leading a multicultural team to deliver an on time and on budget landscape project in the Bahamas.
The ideal candidate
– Project Manager or Construction Manager for a Landscaping specialist business previously
– Project background of predominantly landscaping projects
– Degree qualified
– Stable employment history
– Track record of both project delivery and management of teams
– Overseas work experience
The Salary / Package
The position is available immediately and paying a NET annual salary of around $120k USD per annum plus benefits.
