Overview
A Joinery Project Manager is required by a specialist contractor for a new project in the Bahamas, Caribbean.
Our client
Our client is a large main contracting business who are based in the Bahamas. They work across all islands within the country and have a strong background in buildings construction with specialist arms such as their millwork / joinery section. They are known within the Bahamas as a strong business with a good pipeline of specialist and high end residential and commercial projects.
The role
The role available is a Joinery Project Manager to lead a specialist subcontract for joinery works as part of a high end residential development. The role will lead a team of carpenters and specialists in complex Millwork as part of a larger overall delivery scope on a multimillion USD project on island.
The ideal candidate
– Experience leading project teams
– Expert in joinery / millwork
– Experience working with main contractors or specialist sub contractors
– Happy to work in the Caribbean for long periods of time
– Stable employment history
Salary / Package
The salary on offer for the role is around $80-100k USD per annum NET plus car and other fringe benefits.
