Construction Manager / Finishing Manager – Cayman Islands
Overview
A Construction Manager is required in the Cayman Islands by a main contractor to help with the finishing and fit out of a large development.

Ping International Recruitment are working with a main contractor who have a superb reputation on island. Our client is a well known brand with excellent reputation throughout the Caribbean region and afar.
The Position
The position available is a Construction Manager role and will be leading the fit out and finish of luxury resort on island with roughly around 18 months left, with the option to extend a contract post project completion. The role will report into the Project Manager on the project.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Experience on challenging building projects
– Experience building and delivering luxury Villas and Hotel / Resort projects
– Stable employment background with main contractors
– Strong experience on fit out / finishing works.
– Degree qualified
– Happy to work on a residential basis in the Cayman Islands
The salary / package.
Our client is paying in the region of $90-100k USD NET per annum as a total package. Healthcare, life insurance and other perks are available.
