Commercial Manager – Netherlands – Buildings
Overview
A Commercial Manager is required in the Netherlands by a leading International main contractor for a large buildings project based in the Netherlands.

Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading main contractor who have a superb reputation throughout the world for large scale buildings, civils and industrial projects. Our client have a number of projects throughout Europe and have operations in South America, North America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. They are a tier 1 main contractor who can offer long term stable employment periods.
The Role
The position available is a Commercial Manager role which will lead a site based commercial team and be responsible for the proper interpretation and management of contracts both with the client and subcontractors along with the financial management and reporting of the project. The project is a large building project based in the South of the Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will have
– Experience working overseas
– Experience as a Commercial Manager
– Degree qualified
– Stable employment background
– Main contracting biased employment history
– Project background in large buildings projects, MEP experience would be advantageous
– Happy to relocate and live in the Netherlands
The Salary / Package
The salary for the position is paying around 12k EUROS per annum with potential assistance with accommodation and relocation allowances. This is subject to local taxes. Other benefits such as pension contribution, insurances, company car etc would all be provided.
